Syllabus
The 12-month certificate course is a comprehensive programme which includes Indian Tandoor with Indian curries combined with Chinese and Continental cuisines. The course offers the student an opportunity to learn and practice the intricacies of these cuisines through lab-demonstration (classroom) sessions together-with industrial training.
