Syllabus
The 6-month certificate course provides an avenue to learn and master the Indian cuisine. The course includes the ancient technique of tandoor cooking and the diverse Indian curries. The course encompasses industrial training alongside the regular lab-demonstration sessions to familiarise students with working in real kitchen.
